Beth Bishop FloryBeth Flory is president of the Naples Historical Society. Her first piece in the CLR, A Visit to Fairview Cemetery was in the winter 1997 issue. She wrote about the Naples Clubs in the fall 1997 issue, the restoration of the Morgan Hook and Ladder Company's firehouse building in Naples in summer 2000, about her grandfather Park J. Stoddard in summer 2002, and the life of Naples’s most famous citizen, William Marks in summer 2003. In the winter 2000 issue, Beth wrote an account of Coye Point and the cottage her grandfather bought in 1921 where she and her husband live now. Beth Flory's series of news items from the Naples Record of 100 and 50 years ago, Glancing Backwards, has appeared in the Crooked Lake Review since 2003.
